1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or sales, order processing may take additional time. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipment Issues

• Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team  within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Wrong Address: A M Nuts is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or outdated addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
